it seems this is some sort of untraceable call-center number. There's no answer probably (and this is just speculation) because the connection is not made properly through some call-center machine thing. That being said, it still should be considered untrustworthy because of fraudsters and prank call-center calls for people who want to "confirm your details" over the phone. Do not confirm any details people! Unless it is you who initiated a call to them, you can't trust anyone on the other side of the phone these days. BTW, that's 8 miss calls in total for me now.
