Keep calling. Asking for my ID number or date of birth. Once told me that is related to a Telkom account. I explained that they have wrong information and that my Telkom account is fully paid and up-to-date. But they still keep phoning me. I have nothing in writing or by email from them. I don't even know how much they want to stop the calls.
simplr replied 10/21/21, 10:14 AMToday another person called. Did not ask me to prove my identity but instead answered my questions about the money she was calling about. With that information I was able to call Telkom to query the account. Telkom admitted to having made the mistake and promised to clear the account. Thank you Andile.
