When I check them on internet most people are saying negative things about them. I think I don't need their phone now as I have realized that they are not trustworthy.

Sell direct called me on the 19/10/15 and offered me a cellphone package. On the 20th they deducted R90 from my account and sent me an sms to confirm receipt. They promised me to deliver within 10 working days and up to so far I'm waiting for 16 working days. I tried numerous times on this no's 0210017500/74 to no avail. Their agent who called me was Lance Thomas and the ref no is 28682903 and I have an sms as proof of debit order. I no longer want their package and just want my R90 back. Please help

When I was called forthe sale they contacted me everyday until I got in and while they wanted the R90 constant calling but once the moeny was taken changes completely to zero corresponded and client service is about ensuring that your customer is happy. Right now I am very angry withthis compnay will never recommend it to any one due to their poor service. I am not given a lame excuse that they are also waiting on telkom mobile whom they distribute for and if I only was kept informed maybe wouldhave been this angry

This is the worst people to do buissiness with. They are quick to sell or upgrade your phone, then they do not send you a new sim card. Then you get the wrong phone......then when you try calling them you just never get through to them!!!!!!!!FUCKIT i am tired of SELLDIRECT!!!!!They are useless they are fucken idiots!!!!!! wonder why they have phones because they do not pick them up!!!!! Their directors are just as fucken useless!!!!!!!!!!!!

So here is what I found out about this number. They claimed to be doing marketing for Telkom Mobile. Now even though this is what they claimed, I highly doubt that they actually are from Telkom. I believe they might be a 3rd party reseller, as they did try to sell me something from Autopage previously. As luck would have it, I managed to get hold of one of the "higher ups" at Telkom Mobile, and I told them what is happening and I also reported each of the issue here at the time. Needless to say, the guy was befok. I believe this situation should be resolved in a couple of weeks.

I WAS CONTACTED AND OFFERED A CELLPHONE. IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY WORK AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS GOIN TO BE RICA'D THE SAME DAY. THE FOLLOWING DAY SOMEONE PHONED ME TO SAY IT WILL BE RIC'D WITHIN 24-48 HOURS. I AM STILL WAITING 3 DAYS LATER. I TRIED TO PHONE ALL THEIR NUMBERS, NO REPLY.
