They (Tina, in my case) calls, asking you to fill a form to update your company's details, (which they have somehow partially already obtained), they request you to sign it and send it back to them. In the smallest print (you need a magnifying glass to read it literally), they con you into paying a fee of R9540,00 annually. Such polite people on the phone, yet they mention absolutely NOTHING about any fee, charge nor subscription. A month later you are bombarded with final notices, letters of demand etc. for the immediate payment and settlement in full. I have lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman already about these devious, scam artists who prey on vulnerable secretaries and small businesses. Absolutely disgraceful & my fight with them continues.
