I have received up to 4 calls per day from this number since last Friday, the latest call being at 7 pm. The first 2 I answered only to hear music playing. The calls are senseless and annoying.

I just got a call from this number. Answered and there was just "on hold" type music playing. I've been called from it before with someone asking for someone else (not me) and then immediately the woman hung up and it started playing the Cell C quality review message to rate the call. I just hung up. Ridiculous!
