Been harassed by these attorneys at all hours of the morning while payment arrangement is in place with client. It is 3:19 Now and I've already had 4 calls. How am I supposed to work to earn money to pay my accounts when you keep harassing me during the early hours of the morning. I'm reporting you to the Consumer Protection Tribunal. This is absolute harassment!!

This company phones incessantly, the callers are aggressive and they do not respond to requests for emailed communication and statements.
There is very little clarity.
It astonishes me that a company like Discovery uses such an appalling service provider! -

Brooks & Luyt is very annoying. They are harassing me on a weekly basis for dept of a person that I never have any contact with. I told them every time the same story and to delete my contact details with no success. What can we do about these people? They just ignore my requests.

Hi,I keep getting a sms stating I have not honoured my agreement in paying my ABSA credit card of which I do not know about.No ref no or account no or ID or name and surname are stated, I just get a message to make arrangements to pay or be summoned I did phone the no given 0115439022 without disclosing any of my details requesting the consultant to provide me with the details to what I am being summoned for and not to send me any more messages if my name ID No and so forth are not disclosed as well. I again got a message Yesterday same old story I would like to know what my cellphone is being summoned for as it has no bearing on me

I am utterly disgusted and annoyed at the service that this law firm provides.
The staff are so rude and there should be something done about it.Angry replied 6/27/17, 3:35 PMI contacted the law society, you can lay a charge against brook lluyt, if they keep calling insist on them emailing you and getting all in writing. You have to have evidence for harassment and also ask for their names and surnames. -

I am constantantly getting abusing calls from this number for someone else. I have told them several times to remove my number but still get calls. Today was the last straw when the agent got arrogant with me and started screaming at me and told me not to tell her what to do when i asked to remove my number. Next time this user will got get off so likely.

All I was told when I phoned back "you owe us money". I asked to which bank I apparently owed money and what verification they have to which I was told "wait until the person phones again because we are just a call centre for all banks in the country so I don't know who phoned you". They have been phoning everyday now and I'm really losing my patience. I don't know who these people are but I think the best solution is just to ignore them or whistle REALLY loudly when they answer hehe.

I am sick and tired, and very angry at receiving calls from this number requesting to speak to the sample couple who I do not know of. I am continually informing this number/company that my number does not belong to them and have requested they make a note of this fact or place it on a database so as not to disturb me any longer...i cannot help but be irritated every time thay call and request information I have no knowledge of!
