This number has been sending me email from the South African Reserve Bank telling me I have won the lotto but in order for me to get my money this is what was sent to me in an email "This is a normal routine with any transfer from the Reserve bank authorization cost requested for transfer to be processed and we are unable to deduct due to transfer bond insurance policy" and I need to pay a fee of R1,779.97
