Once you agree to the free sample they suddenly send you a 25lt drum of chemicals with a invoice for R3300, when contacting them to return the product as it is not what was agreed they become aggressive and demand payment or they will hand you over. Complaint lodged with the CGSO.

This company phoned us to say that because we took part in their survey they were going to send us a gift card and samples. This sample pack amounted to well below R200. When the samples came we realised they were 6 x 5L bottles and the Invoice was suddenly over R4000. When queried they said that the amount quoted over the phone was per litre which was not disclosed in the first place during the call. And we most certainly didn't expect samples to be bottles of 5L!! They refuse to take the products back and we refuse to pay the exuberant Invoice. I guess they will have to take us to court since there is no way of negotiating with them!

This company scams you into receiving a free sample, and then sends you an invoice demanding payment after receiving the sample. When you pay the invoice, they keep sending more orders (we are up to a value of R25,000 already) and then harass you non-stop for payment even though you never ordered any of it.
They are scammers and thieves and the people working there are without any morals. I do not know how they sleep at night. -

Company is a scam, they offer chemicals at a discount and include gift cards however once you make only one purchase they constantly send chemicals you never ordered and demand payment. Reported them to the CGSO (CONSUMER GOODS AND SERVICES OMBUD) . If anyone else is also having trouble i suggest you do the same.

This company contacted us with regards to cleaning products they had and forced us into taking samples, next thing we were receiving an invoice of R5690.00. they demanded we pay this. which we did, a month later they call to say they are delivering the remaining stock as they sent us short stock, which they did. 3 months later we get a call demanding payment. when i asked for what they said for the stock we recieved i explained that it was from my initial order and they said no we have to pay this bill is now R13000.00. what kind of person has that kind of money for Soap.

The police contacted them and when they were asked to give an address where to I can return the additional stock they send they gave me a bogus address. They even send me a fake letter from the magistrate court advising me I had to be in court, but via email. If you are summoned to court you won't receive an email! You have to sign that you received the summon. I replied to their mail stating that I will definitely be there to state my case and that they must just inform me what time I needed to be there. I never received any further correspondence from them. This is a scam through and through and they forge documents to try and scare people into paying them. DO NOT PAY THEM!!! I spoke to an attorney that said if they ever phone me again I must tell them I'm going to invoice them for storage of their products, because I didn't order it and it is standing in my way.

Be Very Aware -- they first get all your company details and then purport to want to thank you with a gift card for doing a survey you never did? While on the phone I googled them and saw all these comments! Immediately told the lady that we are not interested in anything from them. Wondering if some uncalled for surprise package is going to be delivered to my door that I most certainly did not order or request -- after reading all of these complaints...

Watch out! This people are scammers! They contact companies with false info that someone in the company completed a survey and they want to send you a cleaning product sample for free, you tell them you are not going to pay for anything as you did not do the survey or the order, they say no, it's a sample, come the courier delivery, they sent you a 25lt bottle of cleaning chemical with specs and an invoice! When you phone and ask what this is, then they come with all their stories of no, that's the product that was ordered and that's what they delivered together with a voucher (in the form of a credit card you need to activate)! They harrass you for payment, you make the payment and send the proof of payment and I clearly told the lady (kim is her name) that I am not signing up for any other deliveries or any other orders, I want nothing from them anymore as we cannot even use the product in our factory. 2 weeks ago Pam phoned me who want to deliver another order with voucher and I said NO, I don't want any order or any delivery or any voucher and they delivered 2 x 25lt bottles last week again! Now they refuse to take back their product and we must pay and apparently there are more orders to come! These people are fraudsters, please take note!

What a scam company. Had a phone call end of last year and this company never stopped calling even if I said I am not interested. Lady said she will send me an introduction package and I can only pay in the new year. I said no I will only try out 1 5Liter. Lady said she can only send 2 x 5Liters. She is not allowed to send less than that. I said I will contact her if I like the product and is interested. In the new year, a parcel arrived at the office. Did not open it because I did not order anything from this company. They did not want to take the parcel back. Said it is part of the introduction parcel. I said I did not order it. She doesn't listen at all and said on the invoice it says this is part of the introduction parcel. I asked her for my telephonic conversation where I specifically said I will only take this 2 x 5Liter disinfectant. She ignored me solidly. I must pay for the parcel because I received it and it is part of the introduction parcel.
This is a very dishonest company. Please do not do any business with them and report them to the Consumer Council. My rate is 0/10 -

they called offering to give us the sumbels of their products , before we know it they sent us 30 liter and sent the invoice of seven thousand , we paid and after few months they send another products they said that is the last package from the last payment after we received they send they invoice with 11 thousand we asked them to come and collect their package or we can send back they refused. last week they sent another package and we asked the curia man to take the product back , he insist if we call them. we called and speak with one lady called April she said is the last package from that eleven thousand payment, we accept the package but the following day the lady called sharmain called us and informed us that we had to pay 13 thousand or else they will take legal action against us. this is very bad business deal we had with them. please please don't trust they people. we are going to take legal action against them.

Oh PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from these people!! Send cleaning stuff without the proper authorization, and refuse to cancel or take it back. They keep calling, we get calls from their legal dept demanding payment. Refuse to listen to our side of the story. I'm taking legal action against them now.

Copy of original order that you agreed to, and no response to requests to have the transaction or future transaction cancelled or nullified. It their way or the highway.

Received call from DSL Consumables. Selling Toner Cartridges. Introductory special. Told price covers 3 toners. Received 1 Toner R1378.85. Received another call saying they never sent the remaining two toners. Received toners, with no invoice.Received another call asking for payment. Then e-mailed invoice to me for an additional 2 toners. Can't find any info on them.

I received a 25 liter container and had to pay R3200.
A month later I received 2x 25liters and let them know, I did not order more of this cleaning soap.
I told the lady I don't want anymore of this soap.
She told me it was delivered and I have sign the delivery note.
This it was R6589, I had pay.
I was also told that I have ordered 10 x 25l containers.
I have never signed any documents or receive any documents to confirm my order.
They have send another two cans which I have warned them that I will not pay for it and that the can take it back.
I have told them, that it is my right as a consumer or client to decline a product from supplier within 5 days and they still send the soap.
I received now a final demand letter from them to pay R7927.92.
They have added R350 late fee charge and R988.42 15% interest. R7927.92 in total.
In my business 1x 25l will be enough for nearly two years.
They have called a few times and keep on saying I cannot cancel an order.
They have now another number 0861366048.
Still selling cardridges also.

DSL consumers- started off with promise of a gift card in response to my company participating in a survey (we did not participate in a survey) carries on with trying to sell cleaning products aggressively. While he was talking I managed to google the company and shut him up. Hopefully don't get any surprise product on my doorstep as this is what seems to be their game plan.
