Your company keeps on leaving messages on my home phone to contact them looking for a Miss Vinola Jacobs - 0382132387. I am not Vinola Jacobs - this has been happening for several years. I Googled the name Vinola Jacobs and discovered there is a Vinola Jacobs working for Contract Accountants in Cape Town. I live in Durban. I do not want to put my home phone number on this in case other people can see this but please contact me at this email address.

This is the number for liars called Anthony Richards & Associates. They leave an SMS with a claim number. The use of the word "claim" as opposed to "case" the intention of which is to trick people into thinking there is money due to you. It is also because usually there is no case. What they are actually doing is trying to collect prescribed and/or bought debt. The former is technically illegal and the latter is fraudulent, as they claim to be acting on behalf of the original creditor when this is clearly not the case. The fact that the Law Society is aware of this conduct and allows it to continue is just shameful.
