I just had the same call where they had access to my daughters ID number and credit card details but somehow they had my number. I received an sms with her ID number and words saying that I grant them access to my credit report. WHen I asked why they have her details with my number , I said I will call the NCR and he said he will fix it and hung up.
Seems they are trying to apply for credit on your behalf. Block this call by all means possible! -

Cannot hear the caller and as soon as you put down the call you receive a SMS stating that you have given consent to request your credit report. The sms includes your name and ID number.

I told them why the NCR would phone me, let me just verify them, they just disconnected the call. scam calls i believeL.C. Sounds like a debt review company. The lady speaks really fast so couldn't make out the name of the company but it was something along the lines of AF Financial Solutions. They have access to your credit report and ID number. They were offering to lower my interest rate so that my debt repayment instalments would be reduced.
