They lie and say they will remove my no but then low and behold the next day at 8:15 in the morning everyday...I get their call! Against the POPI act, and all. Public prosecutor...please...this company isn't above the law...but they are rude and everything.

Mbdcs promised to send me a settlement letter after they have debited my outstanding balance with Truworths account. I have been waiting since and when I call them, no one picks up the phone call. But they are so quick to call you if you miss a payment. I want to reverse the debit order and wait until they call me again. If they do not send me the settlement within a week, I will keep reversing until they comply.

Have tried to get information from Telkom and Trudon for invoices wrongly debited to my account. Get at least three sms's a week from MBDCS without any help from them. Trudon is just as bad they just don't answer any of your queries.

I have been receiving SMS & cell phone calls every day for the last 3wks from MBDCS regarding a Telkom account which is fully paid up. Every time it is a different person I talk to. I have emailed proof of payment together with an email from Telkom stating that the account is fully up to date 9 times with out results. I think the company lets the staff take it in turns to harass the public. Try as I might it would appear that I dont have a Snowballs hope in Hell of shutting these Turds up without taking legal action.

MBDCS and CAPITEC ripping me off, they have charged me over 20k interest.i had a loan with capitec and I asked them for a settlement amount/letter which they refused to issued. they refused to give me statement of my loan account and ended up being handed over to MBDCS who have now increased my debtby over 20k.
I refuse to pay this money, if I could afford to pay my debt I would have paid it. -

Despite this they phone me almost DAILY as to when I am going to settle the account. When I say that it is fully paid up, THEY WANT ME TO DO THEIR JOB AND FAX PROOF OF PAYMENT. Go and get the proof from your client!! -

I am reporting MBDCS for threatening sms.How to get rid of them?? Simple, phone them, then when they have your so called debt information in front of them. Just start and be as rude as they are, throw in some serious swear words. Don't give them a chance to speak, Treat them exactly as they treat people. WOW amusing, they put the phone down in your ear. They are unregulated debt collectors who sends SMS many times a month and CHARGE up to R25 per SMS. You will never escape your debt - They are also not required to send you any statements.
Lawyers who does debt collection are NOT held by any rules as are debt collection agencies guided by the NCR.
This is a huge loophole in our legal system - even after you pay your debt, the lawyers now start legal action against you for their fees.

I am being harassed by MBDCS employees claiming that I have been handed over to them for collection of SABC TV License fees. In February 2014 I paid my TV license for the year whilst I travelled to the USA. I was still receiving emails requesting payment. I asked my Dutch son-in-law to check my online banking and to ensure that payment was indeed made. He went ahead and made ANOTHER payment (technically now 2015's TV license was already paid) as he thought that it was meant to be a m onthly payment. I keep telling these people that I do not owe SABC anything. I have'nt watched TV for TWO YEARS as all my belongings are in storage. I am guessing that not even an affadavid AND proof of everything will stop the harrassment. SO TIRED OF DEALING WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.
