claiming to be Visa. Said that someone made a R5000 transaction from China and that they are putting an hold on all my accounts. I told him not to touch my accounts and that I will phone my bank myself. Never asked or confirmed my ID and he did not give his name, or what Bank he phoned from (Visa can be a number of banks)
