Horrible Mannerism
Aggressive Marketing with hidden facts.
- Lied about it being compulsory for me to move to a new package because I am "overpaying" on my current package
- Then suggested a "better" package without informing me there is an extra cost
Telemarketer then cuts the call, not before aggressively saying - fine I must stay on my current package and continue paying extra ......
Bottom line - Unprofessional & untrustworthy.
