Keeps calling our company monthly, only wants to speak to the manager, I can't tell what they want, the only thing they keep repeating is that they want to speak to the GM or the CEO. Some Indian or Chinese person called, who said his name was Alex, heavy accent, definitely a spam. Had a Hungarian number, which is weird. (+3620..)

It looks like scam or subscription to newspaper, I normally hang up but this time no. First call from them :
******The office phone rings, Italian local phone number (0185160196), a voice from Indian call center or something like this: "Hello I would like to speak to Oliver *** (my name) of ***** (name of my company), I'm Elena from Universal News, California. We are like CNN. Do you know CNN ? I just conduct a survey, just 7 questions.
- Oh no, I'm working and...
- It is ok, it is ok, it is just a survey. I'm 35 years old, and you, how old are you ?
- 35, but I dont understand pease speak to my colleague
- No no I need to speak to Oliver, the owner of *****.
- Ok, what do you want ?
- It is ok it is ok, just a survey, do you invest ?
- No, I don't invest sorry
*** I hang up****
They call 5 seconds later with a different phone number, still Italian ( 0111973837)
- Hello the line has been down, sorry Oliver, just two minutes...
- I don't invest I'm not interested.
- OK, Ok, thank you, it is not investment (???), do you prefer high risk and high profits or low risk and low profits ?
- I told you I don't invest what should I say ? High profits ?
- OK ok, do you prefer long term or short term ?
- I don't know
- Ok ok it s not investment, my colleague will call you to present you investment opportunity, do you have a phone number different from the office?

"Alex Wood" from "universal news" just called me asking for a 2min survey.
He new my profession and told me that I was a "very special person" in my country (which I am not) and that's why he called me for that survey regarding investments. -

Guy's name was supposedly "Alex", although he had a heavy English accent that sounded like some Middle Eastern and some South East Asians do.
It's the second call I got from this dodgy company.
They claim to be a huge news outlet like CNN and want me to answer an "investment survey", while at the same time requesting sensitive company info.
If you refuse to answer those questions, they are very insistent that you should answer them. If you keep refusing, they'll hang up on you rudely and move on to the next "victim"

Wants to contact the CEO directly for "business", yeah right. Told me he already had contacted the CEO, it was a lie (big surprise...). Pretends he's from "universal news", his name : Jacob. Some kind of ducth accent. Asked him his number : told me they're only on VOIP (no way??). Get rid of them !

I receive 6-10 calls a month from this call centre. Numbers change, and they use neighbourhood spoofing to appear local. It's a Chinese scam selling binary options under the guise of a survey.
They first started harassing me 4 years ago, and since then I have blocked hundreds of numbers.
The caller always identifies themselves using an unlikely American style name, such as Mary Smith, Abby Doe or Benjamin Green (today's call).
