They do not aswer email- or call back for cancellations- fraudulent misleading-
my mail to them-
1 Elite mobile- tell you the call on behalf of VODACOM then the are approved agents- Call centre agents blatantly lie to you by saying they are calling from Vodacom!
2. Said that the contract they are selling us is an upgrade on our existing contract and not a replacement
3. I then received numerous additional order numbers for several new contract which I we did not agree to!
2. NOW YOU TELL ME I BOUGHT ADDITIONAL SERVICES
You rely on misinformed- good trusting stupid people- telling them you are lowering a current Vodacom contract- I sit with 9 now-shameful!!! Elite mobile we will make this public- People are innocent- not discovering your misinformation - YOUR Sales people are phoning with a current contract nr- telling you they will reduce your line fee- what a lie-I want all the recordings of these so called new contracts- which I did not agree to – we will take this up with the consumer board. If VODACOM is approving of this- there is going to be consequences
-I get no service /complaints feedback from you- I am waiting!
