They call your business and then when you are on your way to them they try to get you to bring airtime for them. They convince you to send the voucher to them while on your way to their house/car/wherever, to do whatever your business does. When you get there no one is there.
In Short:
They use an opportunity for your business to lure you in and then the "false safety" that you'll 'see them now' to close the deal. Do NOT go to them. It'll only cost you time and mileage. And don't buy them air time.

This person told us his truck has broken down and he needs to be towed in. He said he has cash on him for the tow charges and to fix his truck. Gave us an address of where he is. Then called again to ask if we were on our way. Then asked if we could bring him R220 airtime when we come to tow his vehicle because he is stuck and needs to call people to cancel orders because his truck has broken down and these people are waiting for their deliveries. We suspected something was up with this guy because the place where he said his vehicle was broken down, does not exist. He called various times asking for the airtime pin as his clients are waiting for their deliveries and when we said we are nearly there and would give him the pin in about 10 min when we arrive, he put the phone down and has not answered the phone since then. CAREFUL!!! This guy is scamming people with businesses to get airtime.

His afrikaans man also uses no 064 628 0264. Our plumber send him the pin for R550 airtime and now we can't get hold of him

Betaal soos gewoonlik met kontant. Ek het hom toe vriendelik meegedeel dat daar eers kwotasies gegee word voor enige werk gedoen word. Intussen versoek hy ons om asseblief 2 Vodacom kaartjies vir R275.00 elk te koop want hy en sy vrou kan nie nou ry nie. So gese so gedoen.
Intussen het die helsem my seun geskakel en die nommers is deurgegee. Daar gekom, geen plot nog minder Magnis. Sy kontakbesonderhede is 0764400863. Magnis jy het my gevang, maar daar is iemand groter as jy en jy gaan betaal my vriend. Vandag het jy met die duiwel se suster te doen gekry. Daar moet 'n manier wees hoe mens die blanke man Magnis op sy plek kan sit. — feeling angry.
