This gentlemen called to ask how much I want for my car. I explained that my car is not for sale. He then became insistent that someone told him my car is for sale. I hanged up and blocked the number.
I then received a voice message from him saying that I knocked his car and that he has my car details. In the voice message he had a full on conversation with himself, even pausing for me to respond. He eventually hanged up with the agreement that the insurance company will fix his car free of charge.

Claims to have found a note on his windshield with my number and car details apologizing for hitting his car. I have not hit anybody's car and he became aggressive and threatening. I asked him to provide me with HIS details and the reg nr of the claims is mine, but he refused to.
