Just received sms saying we must appear in high court 17/2 and saying we can view summons docs on http://summonds.2fh.co/case33 from GFC Attorneys.

The address to view docs leads no where and gfc attorneys are overseas!

We are freaked out because we have never been summonsed to court!

What do we do??

Received sms that I had to appear in the High Court. Luckily I work at an attorney's office, show I could quickly confirm that this sms was untrue. Ignore this sms!

Summoned to appear before the high court by Nox Attorneys. Is this a scam? As far as I know court papers must be served on you by the Balju?

We must have received our sms's at the same time! NOX Attorneys are not a registered firm in South Africa - I just checked with the Law Society. There are other numbers associated on this page sending the same sms so we can just ignore.
