A quiet spoken male calls wishing to speak to (your FULL name, how they know that I don't know) saying he's calling from Blake & Associates - a Debt Collection Firm in connection with your Multichoice Account. Before continuing with this call, he requires you to verify your ID and your Date of Birth. He refuses to discuss anything at all until you provide that information - which naturally I have refused to do each and every time he/they have called, which is now multiple. He rings off saying that another agent will call you in due course.
