Look out for the names Peter and Mark Belling t/a All Prop Investments CC. He asks you to pay deposit into his attorneys account Broodryk De Wet Mpisi and Partners with a Capitec bank account. His number is 076-139-2120. Going to lay chargers against him now. -

Mark said he is the owner of a flat to let in Durban. After paying the deposit into his account he is no where to be found. I opened a case in Durban Central CAS1388/3/2013. He uses a cell 0794407698 T/A All Prop Investments cc I faxed my details to this number.

Please be careful this Mr Mark William Belling is also on the move in Boksburg (East Rand area). He is advertising a flat in Boksburg and then gives his attorney's details to pay the money into the account as he bought the unit on auction and is "not the registered" owner yet. He quoted Strauss, Mabulelong and Kahn as his attorneys. We checked with law society there is not such attorney registered. We have reported to body corporate of the complex and they know nothing about this unit being to let and he is certainly not the owner. We have received a fake lease agreement with a copy of ID of Mr Belling... Please do not send him your details or pay any deposit as it is a scam. We will be reporting this to the SAPS Boksburg. Thank goodness we were aware of scams and caught him out before making any payment.
