The company responsible for this should be held liable. According to marketing rules for emails, same rule should apply for people to stop getting calls from this number. The person does not leave a message or speak when you answer a lot of the time and this really needs to stop. Whichever communications company this number belongs to needs to investigate it and block it or curb it. But something has to be done because this could lead to something even more serious happening same as texting and driving.

Call me 4 times a day, very annoying!
When i answer it cuts off.
Wish they would stop calling me, Im pretty sure a lady from Telkom spoke to me earlier from the same number according to my phone log. But would make no sense for them to keep calling me

I answer and no one is on the other end, they just hang up and when I leave it to 'ring out' then I get a voicemail of nothing they just hang up after the beep??? Truly annoying as I do not avoid answering calls due to the nature of my job.
